ACTIVITIES
Activities each day includes runs of varying length and intensity, depending on the intent of our focus, and informative discussions on topics such as nutrition and sports psychology to empower athletes to structure for success. Athletes need to be fit to enjoy the camp experience. Consistent running of 3-5 miles per day for at least six weeks prior to camp is recommended.

We will have guest lectures from inspiring athletes whose stories will awaken the courage within each camper to deepen her resolve to follow her dreams without compromise.

Each day includes instruction in strength training, core conditioning and flexibility.
Plenty of time is available for relaxing and visiting with new friends in the beautiful lodge at Active at Altitude and exploring the local town of Estes Park.

Activities begin by 7:45 a.m. and lights out is by 11:00 p.m.
