WHAT TO BRING
• sleeping bag, bottom sheet and pillow, or linens, blankets and pillow 
• running apparel for 6 days of running, two times/day: 
• running shorts 
• running bras 
• short-sleeved tops 
• socks 
• two pair running shoes 

For Cooler Temperatures:
• one or two long-sleeved tops 
• one pair long running tights/pants 
• hat and gloves 
• long-sleeved sweatshirt/ jacket 
• underwear 
• sweatpants/shorts and shirts for wear during non-running activities. 
• toothbrush 
• toothpaste 
• sunblock chapstick 
• any other personal toiletry items needed/desired 
• flashlight and batteries 
• two quart-size water bottles 
• hat with bill for sun
